National Mentoring Partnership is one of the best sites for youth mentoring. Click "Resources," then "Effective Practices," which talks about the origins of the Quality Assurance Standards. Also, look up "Links" for other mentoring sites. At "Research," you can use statistics for your recruitment purposes. "Research" also has downloads or links to downloads on a number of studies. Also, check out a bar that says "About Us" in the middle of the page. Move the setting to "Diagnostic Tool" and then click "Go" to use a very interesting tool which could help you solve problems within your program.
