 The Y Co-Presidents, the Minister of Information, and the Co-Treasurers are elected every February on the same day as student government elections. They select appointed members to be Y Officers. The Y Officers meet weekly and set overall policy for the organization.
The Y Officers work with the Y Co-Chairs, composed of the leaders of the Y program committees and special projects. The Y Co-Chairs meet bi-monthly and determine the organization’s participation in major issues or positions on topics of controversy.

Officers are available to meet outside of their designated office hours by email. Office Hours are held in the Campus Y Building located at 180 E Cameron Avenue beside South Building on Polk Place quad.
